We know that you are excited but, shipping takes time and is area-dependent.
We will only dispatch your order once we have received payment in full.

Self Collect

If you choose to collect your parcel, we will send you email confirmation once its ready for collection. We will then contact you to make all the relevant arrangements and you may come through to our premises and collect your order. Please note that we are not a walk in store and orders have to be placed online in order for us to get it ready for you.

Pudo Delivery

Nails Online SA will place your parcel in a PUDO locker closest to us, fast courier then picks up your package and delivers it to the Pudo locker closest to the address on your order. Delivery takes 1-7 Business days and is area dependant.

When your package arrives at a Pudo locker, you will receive a text message and an e-mail with a unique pin and QR code. You can use either one of these at the Pudo locker to make your collection. From the moment you receive the notification that your package has arrived at one of the Pudo lockers, you will have 36 hours to pick up your package. The best part is that most PUDO lockers are available 24/7! If you don’t pick up your package within the deadline. It will be sent to the closest Pudo kiosk/depot. You can ask to resend your package to a Pudo locker nearest to you or an alternative address at an additional cost.

Uber Collect

We now cater for UBER collections!

This ensures same-day delivery for those urgent goodies!
simply select this option from our shipping methods and you are good to go!

1. we will pack and seal your order to ensure no tampering. we will then confirm when the order is ready to be collected via email or whatsapp.

2. You are responsible for booking the UBER and all necessary payments to UBER.

3.You are required to share your ride with us on whatsapp on 062 491 4664, so that we are aware of who will be collecting your order.

4. We are not liable for theft/loss/damage of any goods once it has been collected from our premises
